Payment Processing

When you purchase products or services from any of our affiliated websites, the payment will be processed through Djangify:

  • The name "Djangify" will appear on your credit card statement or payment receipt
  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe
  • Receipts and invoices will be issued under the Djangify business name
  • This is normal and indicates that your payment was processed successfully

Refunds and Returns

A Fair & Honest Refund Policy. Because our products are digital downloads, they are yours instantly upon purchase. Our standard policy is no refunds once files are downloaded. However, if you have not downloaded the product or you feel their is a valid reason why you should receive a refund, please email us within 30 days and we will make it right. All requests are assessed on an individual basis.
